Eskadenia Technical Lead - Data Migration, Testing & Quality Execution

Job description

the employer is seeking a Technical Lead specializing in Data Migration, Testing, and Quality Execution to lead migration activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions on the Skadina platform. The lead will manage end-to-end data migration activities including planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. They will define and execute data migration strategies and methodologies for Skadina implementations. They will oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They will ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout migration and deployment phases. They will develop and review test plans, test cases, test scripts, and quality metrics. They will coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis. They will collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. They will support cut-over planning, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization. They will monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with established processes and best practices. They will provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams during migration and testing phases. They will prepare and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and testing reports.
