The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards. The role includes leading the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform, providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven hands-on experience with the Skadina platform
• Strong experience in software development, system integration, and API development
• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
