We are seeking ambitious Co‑op and Tamheer trainees eager to learn in fast‑moving startup environments and gain hands‑on exposure across various fields. The role includes supporting teams across different ventures, gaining exposure to startup operations and product development, working with cross‑functional teams, participating in research and market analysis, learning how ventures are built from idea validation to scaling, and contributing to real projects with ownership and impact.

Requirements

• eligible for a Co‑op or Tamheer training program or a fresh graduate
• curious, proactive and eager to learn in a startup environment
• enjoys solving problems and adapting to fast‑changing priorities
• English communication skills at STEP 85+ or IELTS 5.5+
• interested in startups, technology, AI, fintech, SaaS or venture building
• bonus: experience in student clubs, side projects, internships, entrepreneurship programs or content creation
