Inventory Controller

Job description

The Inventory Controller manages and monitors inventory activities at the Jazan site, ensuring accurate records, efficient material flow, and effective stock control. Supports site operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with logistics and procurement, and ensuring material availability for operational needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions, daily stock monitoring, coordinating material movement with operations and logistics teams, conducting regular counts and physical verification, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions, documenting and tracking materials in the inventory system, coordinating with procurement and supply chain, monitoring and reporting inventory KPIs, supporting periodic inventory reports and providing insights to management, and assisting in implementing inventory management processes and systems to improve efficiency and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university
• proficiency in oral and written English
• 0-3 years’ experience in a similar or related field
• experience in inventory management and stock control within operational or industrial environments
• knowledge and experience with SAP or equivalent Warehouse Management System
• exposure to site operations, warehouse management, or logistics activities preferred
