Freshly Graduated Finishing Engineer

Job description

Entry-level opportunity in the construction sector in Riyadh. Assist in on‑site supervision of architectural fit‑out works including flooring, painting, suspended ceilings, gypsum, doors and windows. Review shop drawings and ensure works match approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid site conflicts. Monitor subcontractors and labor under the supervision of senior engineers. Apply quality and safety standards and track the project schedule. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and track completion percentages. Participate in inspections and compile snag lists before handover

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers or willingness to complete registration
• Desire to learn and develop professionally in fit‑out and architectural works
• Proficient in English (good to excellent)
• Basic ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication, teamwork and time‑management skills
• Willingness for field work and learning from experienced engineers
• Valid driver’s license preferred
