Job description
Be the technical face of the employer's Agentic Platform for customers across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Guide enterprise and government customers from the first conversation through successful deployment of agentic AI on the employer hardware. Conduct technical demos, design proofs of concept, troubleshoot deployments, gather field feedback, and help customers realize platform value while bridging Arabic‑speaking teams with the employer's global engineering organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, pre‑sales solutions, technical consulting or technical support with strong engineering component
- proficient in writing and reading code in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, JavaScript)
- strong understanding of cloud, Linux and APIs
- fluent in Arabic and English
- strong communication skills
- customer‑first mindset
- willingness to travel within the Kingdom and occasionally across the GCC
