Candidates should have strong expertise in their respective modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering effective business solutions. Key Responsibilities Oracle Fusion HCM • Work on Core HR and relevant HCM modules, configurations, and business processes. • Support Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, or other applicable modules. • Handle functional setups, issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities. Oracle Fusion SCM • Work on Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related SCM processes. • Configure business processes and support implementation, enhancements, and production issues. • Collaborate with business teams to improve supply chain operations. • Support Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses. • Work on Project Costing, Project Billing, and other relevant Project Portfolio Management processes. • Handle configurations, financial reconciliations, testing, and issue resolution. Oracle Fusion Technical • Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and technical extensions. • Work with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and PL/SQL, as applicable. • Support data migration, technical troubleshooting, and performance improvements. General Requirements • Minimum 6+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion experience. • Strong knowledge of the respective functional or technical domain. • Experience in implementation, support, enhancement, or upgrade projects. • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in Saudi Arabia and join within the specified notice period.
