The role involves preparing User Requirements Specifications (URS) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). Assists in preparing technical proposals, IT tenders, and RFP responses. Coordinates directly with the IT Division Head on client requirements and opportunities. Maintains internal IT systems, including Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access management

Requirements

• Prepare User Requirements Specifications (URS) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, IT tenders, and RFP responses
• Coordinate with the IT Division Head on client requirements and opportunities
• Maintain internal IT systems including Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access management
• Degree or recognized certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of professional IT experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English written and spoken
