Principal Engineer - AI Networking Solutions Architect

As a Principal Engineer - AI Networking Solutions Architect you will design, deploy, optimize, and support large‑scale AI network infrastructure, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction. You will lead deployment and integration of AI network solutions using NVIDIA, AMD, and the employer technologies; coordinate technical solution teams to meet contract obligations; proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid customer impact; build effective communication with partners and cross‑functional teams; collaborate with clients to assess requirements and deliver customized solutions; develop comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, designs, and procedures; and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement, managing escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Five or more years of full‑time IT experience in a Data Centre environment
• proven success designing and deploying large‑scale AI network infrastructures
• excellent knowledge and experience of networking concepts including IP switching and routing, L3 BGP eVPN data centre technologies, firewalls and security products
• experience with one or more 3rd‑party networking vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Extreme
• implementation of advanced networking solutions including NVIDIA InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies
• demonstrated expertise in NVIDIA networking technologies: InfiniBand (Quantum), Ethernet (Spectrum‑X), MLNX‑OS, NVIDIA Cumulus OS, and Enterprise SONiC
• ability to manage multiple projects independently in dynamic environments
• strong knowledge of wide and local area networking
• strong documentation and reporting skills to document technical problems and summarize them for business and technical clients
• 5+ years of related experience
• experience with GENAI frameworks and tools
• experience with NVIDIA DGX and DGX SuperPOD platforms or similar GPU platforms
• networking certifications.
