Key Responsibilities: Overall Delivery: Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and closeout of IT and software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through close collaboration with software developers, cybersecurity engineers, and QA teams. Risk and Resource Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation across multiple concurrent project flows. Communicate with Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and transparent status updates and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest technical standards and strictly align with the agreed scope of work and business value. Qualifications and Requirements: Essential Experience: Proven track record as a project manager leading IT infrastructure, system integration, or software development projects. Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with a strong understanding of technology project management o Information and modern technical delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall). Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technologies. Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
