Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia. The role translates KSA regulations (NCA, SAMA, PDPL) into actionable policies, partners with tech teams to embed security controls, and ensures every event and system launch meets the highest data‑protection, risk‑management, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include: leading PDPL data‑privacy readiness and coordinating legal approvals; maintaining documentation for PDPL, SAMA CSF, and NCA checklists; managing compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA controls, and CITC guidelines; preparing security reports for the NCA; maintaining audit trails; conducting scheduled vulnerability assessments and overseeing remediation; monitoring SIEM, triaging alerts, and handling threat intelligence; developing, testing, and executing Incident Response Plans and tabletop exercises; coordinating breach investigations; advising on secure network, cloud (AWS/Azure), and identity architectures; specifying, deploying, and tuning security tools; creating and updating policies and SOPs; liaising with vendors for maintenance and reporting; delivering security awareness and phishing‑simulation programs; producing monthly dashboards on security posture, compliance, and incidents; and collaborating with tech, legal, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with at least 2 years operating within the Saudi regulatory environment
• deep knowledge of SAMA CSF, NCA controls, PDPL requirements and KSA data‑privacy laws
• basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• comfortable adapting to a fast‑paced environment and changing priorities
• good communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency with project management tools and event‑tech platforms is a plus
• experience in events or media industry is a plus.
