Senior ELV/ICT Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience on major infrastructure or complex multidisciplinary projects
• strong hands‑on knowledge of BMS and SCADA systems
• strong understanding of PLC and industrial/control systems
• experience preparing and/or reviewing I/O schedules
• knowledge of control philosophy, system architecture, communication protocols and systems integration
• experience with fire alarm systems and Cause & Effect interfaces
• good working knowledge of ELV/ICT systems including CCTV, public address, access control, structured cabling and fiber optics
• strong experience in design review, construction supervision, technical submittal review and contractor coordination
• experience in testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing
• previous PMC/PMCM or engineering consultancy experience on major infrastructure projects
• prior work on projects in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East
• knowledge of Saudi requirements and relevant international standards
• mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
