The Maintenance Foremen - Electrical will be based in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all maintenance activities within the factory, ensuring reliable operation of machinery and equipment by leading a team of technicians. Key responsibilities include leading and supervising the electrical maintenance team, training and mentoring junior technicians, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Requirements: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• relevant engineering diploma
• minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role
• strong knowledge of industrial and plant maintenance, control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation
• proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment
• knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
• ability to work under pressure
• very good communication skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
• team player with strong organizational skills
