Field Service Engineer

Job description

Join the Service team as a Field Service Engineer to provide on‑site and remote technical service for the employer equipment, ensuring reliable operation, customer satisfaction and compliance with defined service standards. Perform installations, calibrations and preventive maintenance at customer sites following approved procedures, deliver on‑site and remote support across Saudi Arabia and MEA countries, document and escalate technical issues as required, maintain accurate service records and reports, adhere to customer‑specific and internal health‑safety requirements, and consistently apply standard service processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Vocational training in electronics, mechanical engineering or related technical field
• basic understanding of automation and robotics systems
• excellent command of English
• Arabic advantageous
• valid driver’s license and high willingness to travel (minimum 70%)
• first experience in field service, maintenance or technical support of electronic, mechanical or hydraulic systems
• ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a customer‑facing environment
• strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
• ability to follow structured service processes and documentation standards
• ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
• ability to lift up to 22 kg occasionally and up to 9 kg frequently
