Senior Director - Regulatory Affairs and Policy

Job description

This role aims to contribute to the growth of P&G Personal Healthcare in Saudi Arabia by leading regulatory strategies and supporting policy engagement to facilitate sustainable product approvals and market access. This role will require developing and using regulatory affairs strategies across the product lifecycle, including evaluating regulatory pathways, submissions, approvals and compliance, while ensuring consistency with local regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role will support policy affairs efforts by interacting with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and industry associations to advocate for science-based policies and contribute to a regulatory environment that enables innovation and patient access. This role requires strong regulatory expertise, strategic thinking, and effective stakeholder management to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensure compliance, and support improved access to P&G's current and future personal healthcare products in the Saudi market
