Service Operator II‑HWO

Job description

The role focuses on process improvement and compliance with the employer Management System (HMS) standards. Manages excellent customer relations on‑site. Performs required calculations at the well site. Coordinates service operators and assistants during equipment rig‑up, rig‑down and preparation. Plans the job and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during service delivery. Operates the HWO jack and supervises HWO work basket operations. Collects and distributes job data. Assists in cleaning, repairing and preparing equipment for the next job. Provides performance feedback and develops subordinates' skills. Promotes process improvement, safety and environmental awareness, and ensures HSE compliance. Commercial driver’s license may be required. Participates in quality improvement initiatives. Understands well bore schematics, analyzes HalWin software and operational procedures. Basic computer skills preferred
