Level 3 Support Engineer for C2M Platform

Job description

This role is responsible for analyzing and remediating product defects in the C2M platform. Main tasks include: Analyze and address product defects in the C2M platform · Raise and track support requests from Oracle · Test and verify fixes provided by Oracle · Deploy packages in test environments · Prepare test plans, release notes and root cause analysis · Work on performance issues, legal requirements and defects in the product

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the Oracle C2M platform with a focus on Device Management and Oracle · Proficiency in testing, root cause analysis and regression testing · Understanding of production compatible environments and debugging WORKFLOWS
