Job Description: The role includes: expertise in enterprise system design, Oracle integrations, and support architecture. Key Responsibilities: define the overall support solution architecture aligning with Oracle C2M upgrade strategy, serve as the technical escalation point for complex L2/L3 issues, review technical deliverables, guide performance tuning, coordinate environment handovers, and high-severity defect escalations
