Job description

Description: This role is responsible for providing technical leadership to increase equipment reliability and consequently plant availability while optimizing maintenance costs and leading the implementation of all predictive maintenance strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing 'Root Cause Failure Analysis' of equipment and providing guidance to ensure that recommendations are actionable and will resolve the issue. Additionally, overseeing and managing the development of all maintenance strategies utilizing proven methods to ensure minimal downtime in plant operations with optimized maintenance cost

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 12+ years' experience in refinery or Petrochemical with Reliability section
• Fluent in writing and reading English
• Good knowledge in process operations of plant
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance execution management
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance planning management
• Strong technical understanding of Reliability management
• Strong technical understanding of root cause analysis (RCA)
• Strong technical understanding of Cost benefit analysis
• Good knowledge of SAP system
• Excel
• Effective communication
