Associate Director of Digital Transformation

Job description

You will lead a team dedicated to digital transformation, digital product management, solution development and business transformation. You will oversee customer interactions, manage team members and ensure digital initiatives are successfully implemented. Tasks include leading digital projects from start to finish, developing client relationships, organizing workshops to define digital transformation roadmaps, mentoring consultants and developing their performance, implementing digital solutions in alignment with business objectives, providing strategic consulting on IT governance, data analysis and applications, ensuring the quality of project deliverables and their business impact, coordinating with sponsors and stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and preparing clear reports and presentations

Requirements

• Experience in IT architectures, emerging technologies, and digital transformation methodologies
• Experience with SAP or Oracle a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in consulting or similar field with a focus on digital transformation
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving in an organized manner
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling
