Requirements

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline · Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale construction projects · Proven experience in a Project Director or senior leadership role delivering construction supervision projects · Strong background in construction supervision, particularly on remote or challenging sites · Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from construction through to handover · Extensive experience working on high-value or landmark developments · Strong commercial, contractual, and programme management expertise · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills · Proven ability to work effectively in remote site environments · Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is highly preferred
