Housing Manager

Job description

The Housing Manager manages the daily housing operations for employees. Supervises resident admission, unit assignment, in-and-out transitions, and occupancy records. Ensures the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of units and common areas. Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and contractors. Conducts periodic inspection to identify maintenance, safety and compliance issues. Establishes and implements housing policies, work procedures, and community standards. Responds to residents' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Monitors occupancy levels and prepares operational reports. Manages the housing budget and tracks expenses and operating costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, firefighting and environmental regulations. Supervises the housing staff including cleaning, maintenance and administration services. Coordinates housing-related emergency response procedures. Maintains accurate records of occupants, inventory, inspections, maintenance and contracts. Communicates with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality service. Promotes improvements to housing services and resident satisfaction
