MRG Group supports a leading Saudi institution in the field of real estate development and investment by appointing a CFO. This is a senior financial leadership position with responsibility for the overall financial management, planning, reporting, treasury and regulatory compliance of the organization and its subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the CFO and Vice President of Support Services, the successful candidate will lead the Finance and Accounting function and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, providing financial insight to support investment, development and business decision-making. The Role The CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership across financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax and treasury. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements and consolidated reports, lead budgeting and forecasting, treasury management and cash flow planning, and ensure full compliance with IFRS, Saudi GAAP, and relevant Saudi regulatory requirements. The position will also play an important role in supporting the organization's real estate activities, providing financial analysis related to property acquisition, development feasibility, lease pricing, capital allocation, and investment performance. Another priority will be the continued transformation of the finance function, including increased automation, real-time reporting, and the adoption of advanced financial analytics. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Finance and Accounting function across FP&A, Accounting Operations, Tax, and Treasury. • Develop and manage annual business plans, departmental budgets and financial forecasts. • Supervising monthly financial reports Regular and annual, including consolidated reports across subsidiaries. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi GAAP, VAT, Zakat, WHT, and ZATCA requirements. • Lead statutory audits and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and other financial stakeholders. • Managing treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and credit facilities. • Provide financial analysis to support property acquisitions, development feasibility, lease pricing, and capital allocation decisions. • Monitor financial performance, investment returns, risk exposure, and cost management throughout the organization. • Providing financial reports at the executive level and providing forecasts, performance and strategic analysis to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. • Partner with department heads to enhance budget, cost control and overall financial performance. • Drive financial transformation through automation, Power BI and Yardi reporting, and AI-powered financial tools. • Lead, train and develop the Finance and Accounting team, and establish clear performance metrics and succession plans. • Maintain strong financial management, controls, and readiness for ongoing audits. Candidate Profile We are looking for an established finance leader with strong technical accounting experience, as well as commercial and strategic ability. • CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification. • Demonstrable experience in real estate, property management, development, or any closely related sector. • Proven experience In managing legal audits and external auditor relations. • Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling ability. • Experience leading financial process improvement, automation and digital transformation. • Experience using AI-powered automation and finance tools to improve forecasting, reporting, anomaly detection and management visibility is essential. Requirements
