Maintenance Sales Engineer

Job description

Responsible for performing standard engineering assignments to solve problems and conduct operational studies and research to optimise production and maintenance processes and manage operation costs. Follows all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies, processes and SOPs. Implements day‑to‑day operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Monitors system performance after any modification, maintenance task, significant event or special assignment. Monitors all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects and deferred defects that could affect continuous operations. Analyses component durability and failure trends and prepares preventive maintenance plans or operation plans. Provides technical guidance, coaching and support to technical and operation teams. Monitors operating conditions, identifies and responds to problems, escalates when necessary and records rectifications. Ensures operations under supervision comply with industry standards, requirements and regulatory authorities
