Job description

The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects. This includes overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as analyzing performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Additionally, the role entails providing advice on KPIs and performance metrics, and delivering regular reports and updates to senior management on performance against targets and goals. The role also requires working closely with department heads to develop action plans to address performance issues and improve overall performance
