As the Cleaning Department Manager, you will strategically oversee all department operations across the facility and create impeccable guest experiences. You supervise the inventory control, coordination, distribution, storage and meticulous maintenance of essential items such as glassware, clothing and silver. You ensure the maintenance, safety and optimal function of food equipment. You develop and implement sterilization standards and monitor adherence to them to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and safety. You monitor department costs and implement savings strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality. You recruit, train, supervise, mentor and evaluate team performance, provide professional development opportunities and reinforce achievements to build a high-performance team. You ensure compliance with regulatory standards of health, safety, sanitization and alcohol laws to ensure the well-being of guests and team
