Financial Reporting Division Manager

Job description

The Division Manager is responsible for leading the financial reporting function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial reports and statements while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: overseeing the preparation and review of financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, analyzing financial results and providing insights to support decision-making, leading financial reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with auditors and key stakeholders on reporting matters, and monitoring reporting controls, governance, and data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance, including leadership experience
• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
