This role is responsible for organizing, managing, and optimizing an organization's data assets to deliver reliable insights that improve operational and strategic outcomes. This role strengthens Ma'aden's data and AI ecosystem by translating complex business and analytical requirements into robust database and data mart solutions. By providing expertise in data engineering, database optimization, and lifecycle management, the role enables data-driven transformation initiatives and ensures enterprise data platforms remain secure, resilient, and aligned with long-term business goals. Tasks include delivering scalable, high-performance database and data mart solutions, translating business and analytics requirements into logical and physical data models, data integration and solution delivery, improving delivery quality, improving database and data mart performance, and embedding data quality, lineage, metadata, ownership, retention and management requirements within enterprise data solutions
