The role supports technical customer requests, enhances customer satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and strengthens cross‑functional collaboration. Key duties include designing compliant fire, security or BMS solutions based on client requirements and codes, collaborating with clients, consultants, architects and contractors throughout project phases, preparing system architecture and bill of materials, reviewing specifications, drawings and BOQs, preparing technical proposals for bids, monitoring competitive landscape, conducting product demonstrations, proofs of concept and presentations, obtaining and evaluating vendor quotations, supporting project managers during procurement, construction and commissioning, developing product enhancements and new offerings, and implementing customer‑centric programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in sales
• Experience in procurement
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of compliance
