MEP Coordinator

Job description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to supervise and coordinate all aspects of MEP responsibilities with a strong focus on energy management and facilities maintenance. Responsibilities include: managing energy projects by analyzing data and identifying saving opportunities; developing and implementing energy‑saving projects and POC initiatives; coordinating with stakeholders to gather information and secure approvals; managing project schedules, budgets, resources and monitoring progress with corrective actions; implementing energy‑efficient technologies and practices, monitoring consumption and analyzing data for trends and improvements; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards and preparing regular energy performance reports and KPIs; managing the lifecycle of MEP assets including preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements and developing maintenance programs; supervising daily operations of electrical and mechanical systems, responding to maintenance requests and emergencies; coordinating with contractors and service providers and ensuring safety standards compliance

• minimum 7 years experience supervising facilities or electrical/mechanical engineering or coordination
• strong understanding of facility systems, electrical/mechanical engineering and energy efficiency principles
• experience with energy management systems/software
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently or in a team
• familiarity with CAFM software and energy modeling tools
• preferred experience in retail or commercial sector
• preferred certifications in energy management such as CEM or CPE
