This role revolves around leading the financial planning and analysis process, providing actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities include analyzing key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance business performance and profitability. It also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases for new initiatives and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls

Requirements

• CA qualification is mandatory
• relevant experience in FP&A or business finance roles, preferably in the retail sector
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and scenario planning
• experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP is essential
• experience with budgeting tools like COGNOS is a plus
