Store Supervisor

Job description

The Shift Supervisor position is operational in nature and involves the supervision of team member activities on shift to ensure that standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience are fulfilled. This includes leading by example, demonstrating respect for team members and guests, and providing ongoing direction to team members. The role also involves ensuring optimal team member coverage, maintaining operational efficiency, and supervising team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for responding to guest service complaints, maintaining health and safety policies, and ensuring all store policies are followed during the shift

Requirements

• Proficient in people management
• experience with team leadership and development
• proficient in providing exceptional guest experience
• experience with operations management
• proficient in cash handling and management
• experience with health and safety procedures
• 5+ years of experience in retail management
• proficient in English
• able to work under pressure and communicate effectively with team and guests.
