We are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of civil engineering and infrastructure design experience to lead the delivery of a large development project in Riyadh. The role involves managing and coordinating multiple infrastructure design contracts, including primary and secondary infrastructure, roads, waterways and related systems. This is a strategic leadership role that requires deep technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive design excellence across complex infrastructure workflows. The role involves leading and monitoring the design delivery of all infrastructure components within the project, managing and coordinating numerous infrastructure design contracts and consultants, ensuring integration and consistency across primary and secondary infrastructure, roads, waterways, utilities and public areas. The role also includes reviewing and approving design submissions, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations and international standards, and collaborating with project stakeholders, including government authorities, developers and engineering teams. The role also includes monitoring design progress, identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, supporting procurement and construction teams with relevant technical input and guidance on the design, and promoting sustainability, innovation and value engineering. Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure design and delivery
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred
• A proven track record in delivering large infrastructure projects, the best in the Middle East
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulations, standards and procedures permitted in the region.
