the employer is a renowned consultancy in construction, specializing in site supervision for road, tunnel, highway, and bridge projects. We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our Riyadh team. The role ensures efficient cost management across infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include cost management, budgeting, cost control implementation, financial reporting, contract review, risk management, stakeholder liaison, quality assurance, process improvement, and mentoring the cost control team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• advanced degree or professional certifications such as PMP or CCE is a plus
• minimum 15 years progressive experience in cost control and project management focusing on infrastructure projects
• proven track record of successful cost management on large-scale infrastructure projects
• strong technical knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• extensive site supervision and construction management experience in a consulting environment
• proficiency with project management tools like Primavera and Microsoft Project and cost control systems such as SAP or Oracle
• excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify cost‑saving opportunities
• fluency in English required, Arabic proficiency a plus.
