Finance and Business Support Manager

Job description

The purpose of the role is to drive growth by engaging with the business and providing financial leadership. Tasks include developing business strategy, learning to challenge priorities, creating business cases to support strategic allocation of resources, evaluating long-term cost and revenue improvement opportunities, making tactical interventions with the business to close gaps against plan and achieve project delivery, and enhancing business acumen by proactively engaging with business counterparts. The role also includes supporting the strategic planning process, reviewing the official budget, reviewing quarterly forecasts, reviewing monthly/quarterly financial performance reports, and assisting in decision making for senior management by assessing risks and opportunities to improve financial metrics and key gains

Requirements

• Proficiency in financial systems such as Holidex, GRS, Concerto, Essbase
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, or related field
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, or related field preferred
