Project Supervisor

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our project team and work closely with all stakeholders. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for daily on-site supervision of construction activities. This role ensures that contractors execute work according to approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. This is a field-based role that requires a proactive individual with strong experience in construction supervision and the ability to identify and solve problems before they impact project delivery. Responsibilities include supervising and monitoring daily contractor activities, conducting routine site inspections, serving as a key site liaison, tracking construction progress, supporting the implementation of corrective actions, assisting in the review and verification of completed construction work, monitoring the implementation of approved design changes, maintaining accurate site records, ensuring compliance with all applicable local regulations, participating in site coordination meetings, providing accurate field information to support project reports, and promoting a strong safety culture
