Lead Field Service Representative

Job description

Technical support, sales and problem solving for customers. Provide routine technical support to Sales Representatives in strategic accounts and execute system assurance and continuous improvement plans. Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys and start‑ups of new applications for existing and new customers. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts. Deliver technical support by identifying and resolving customer challenges and escalating as needed. Perform system analysis, interpret data and provide written recommendations to ensure optimal operations. Actively support Nalco innovations and technology in strategic accounts. Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment for other representatives. Travel within the assigned sales territory. Location: Riyadh

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences
• valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
