As a Operations Manager, you’re not just directing daily hotel operations - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Oversee hotel operations: Lead, direct, and manage daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards • Shape service excellence strategy: Monitor guest service trends, assess overall satisfaction, and direct strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive long-term service quality improvements and remove • Enhance performance and productivity: Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement • Lead quality and service initiatives: Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals, enabling service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics • Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
