Architect Inspector

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Saudi National Architect Inspector to join our Supervision team to perform a project-based role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include: ensuring all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved architectural and engineering plans. Supervising the implementation of structural and architectural components, and verifying their compliance with design specifications and project standards. Monitoring structural elements during construction to support safety, integrity, and stability requirements. Collaborating with structural engineers to resolve any structural concerns or discrepancies encountered on site. Participating in the evaluation and selection of building materials and systems, ensuring they meet architectural and structural standards. Conducting routine material inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Working closely with architects and design professionals to address and resolve design-related issues during construction. Providing input on construction details to ensure consistency with the overall design objective. Reviewing and updating construction documents, including drawings and specifications, to reflect approved changes and modifications. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date drawings for future reference and project closure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience working with reputable architectural consultancies
• Strong background in site architectural supervision and post-contract responsibilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship skills
• Saudi National for Saudization purposes
• Experience with high-rise commercial and residential projects
• Excel
