Automation Supervisor

Job description

Leads an engineering team in the design, integration, testing, and performance improvement of automation, SCADA, protection systems, historian, and other specialized facility technologies. Oversees a team of engineers, assigns and prioritizes tasks, and supervises technical work across automation, SCADA, protection systems, historian, and specialized facility applications to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of engineering and operational commitments. Conducts regular performance assessments and annual reviews, provides technical training on protection studies, vibration analysis, migration settings, network automation design, and system evaluations to support individual growth, resolve issues early, and retain top talent
