Landscape Architect

Job description

The Landscape Architect will supervise all landscape works for a prestigious project in Riyadh. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving technical submissions, solving site issues, monitoring progress and quality, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities for approvals, reviewing material test requests and conducting inspections, preparing required documentation and obtaining consultant sign‑off, inspecting works according to execution drawings, coordinating with civil contractors for seamless integration, collaborating with the design team to resolve drawing conflicts, handling RFIs, managing critical safety aspects and supporting punch‑list closure, assisting in reviewing O&M manuals and promoting a strong safety culture, leading by example in safe practices and high construction quality, enforcing QA procedures and continuous improvement, and tracking schedule performance to ensure on‑time delivery. Minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field with 10‑15 years of relevant experience
