Field Service Representative

Job description

The role focuses on delivering service and technical support to the employer customers in water treatment and disinfection. Responsibilities include cleaning cooling towers and water disinfection; providing technical support and escalating complex issues; building strong customer relationships and promoting best practices; ensuring full compliance with safety policies and procedures; performing chemistry tests, logging data, and managing inventories at customer sites; supporting Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute customer system assurance plans; identifying and resolving technical customer pain points and escalating as needed

Requirements

• experience in training and development
• high school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in water treatment or industrial/mechanical environment
• valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments
• ability to stoop, kneel, stand, walk, and climb
• proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• associate degree or trade certification preferred
• demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry
• familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
