Job description

The role leads the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud solutions. Participates in the full implementation of the courses for Employee Central, leave management, and associated SuccessFactors applications. Requires knowledge of XML configuration, basic objects, and data models. Uses Excel and SAP to handle data. Requires effective communication with all technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Proficiency in XML composition, basic objects, and data models
• Excel proficiency
• SAP proficiency
• Effective communication
• Experience in Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of basic HR processes, leave management, time logs, and Story reports
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
