Technical Solution Specialist Manager - Middle East

Job description

Leads the Application Specialist team in the Middle East to deliver world‑class technical expertise that drives business growth, customer success, and commercial excellence. Uses technical knowledge and process experience to support sales, evaluate customer opportunities, define technical strategies, and execute trials and demos. Establishes standardized trial/demo and installation/training procedures to enhance customer experience and adoption. Coaches distributor application specialists and allocates resources with the Head of Sales to maximize impact. Resolves complex technical issues, develops application expertise for key product portfolios, and shares best practices. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to understand market trends and application opportunities. Supports field marketing and product positioning through technical insights. Builds strong relationships with key customers and KOLs to strengthen the company's technical reputation. Creates training and competency plans to develop technical, commercial, and communication skills, ensuring succession planning and high employee engagement

Requirements

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related life science field
• 5-8 years of experience in the life science industry
