Senior MEP Manager

Job description

The Senior MEP Manager will lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design coordination, construction supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities across major infrastructure projects in Riyadh. Working within the employer's PMCM team, the role ensures MEP systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations. • Lead planning, coordination, review, and execution of all MEP works throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead and oversee MEP equipment procurement, expediting, delivery tracking, and logistics coordination to ensure timely material availability. • Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for timely delivery of MEP systems. • Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals. • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, quality, health, and safety requirements. • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover of all MEP systems. • Coordinate interfaces between MEP disciplines and civil, structural, utility, and infrastructure works. • Identify project risks, technical challenges, and construction issues and implement mitigation actions. • Ensure effective management of project schedules, progress reporting, inspections, and quality assurance. • Support client and stakeholder coordination, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout delivery. • Manage defect resolution, snagging activities, and final handover documentation

Requirements
