Job description

The role leads the Project Solutions and Automation activity in Saudi Arabia. Ensures delivery of first-class automation and control solutions while achieving safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction and financial objectives. Responsible for sustainable business growth, project and program implementation and performance of PAS project portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to build business opportunities, shape growth initiatives, and convert opportunities into profitable orders. Manages the business operating rhythm and is responsible for the results of the annual operational plan including orders, revenues, income, cash flow, productivity, investment and workforce planning
