Application/System Sales Engineer I - Fresh Graduate

Job description

The role focuses on enhancing customer experience and supporting technical requests. Responsibilities include design support, interpreting client requirements, building codes and fire safety standards to create compliant, cost‑effective fire, security or BMS solutions. Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials, and develop technical proposals for bids. Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, presentations and technical consultations. Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance. Support project managers and installation teams during procurement, construction and commissioning phases. Develop products with enhancements and new releases to improve specifications and quality. Implement customer‑centric programs to increase satisfaction and loyalty and work cross‑functionally to align initiatives with business goals
