Job description

The Voyage program develops future hospitality leaders. Participants receive hands‑on, mentored training at the employer hotels worldwide for 12‑18 months. Trainees engage in real‑world assignments and short rotations across departments to gain hotel management experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary)
• Proficient in Excel
• Teamwork
• Effective communication
• Superior critical‑thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to foster relationships and collaborate； Ability to self‑manage and be a self‑starter； Genuine desire for personal and professional growth； Fluency in local language as required； Right to work in the target country (except UAE where work visa is provided)
