What you will offer Key Portfolio Strategy and Governance • Create and operate a data and AI portfolio management framework. • Determine the governance rhythm, decision-making rights and stage gates. • Maintaining the organization's vision of demand, priorities, investments and capabilities. • Provide decision-ready recommendations on sequencing and corrective actions. Live Program and Project Delivery • Oversee data and AI programs and initiatives from ingestion to close. • Establish standards for planning, reporting, risk management and change monitoring. • Intervene in critical delivery exceptions and coordinate resolution. Performance and Value Management • Define portfolio KPIs and oversee dashboards, forecasts and executive reports. • Track commitments, benefits, adoption and value achieved. • Lead portfolio reviews and ensure decisions and actions are implemented. • Identify material risks, dependencies and resource constraints. Enable Business Operations • Coordinate budgeting, resource planning and procurement support for the portfolio. • Oversee vendor delivery coordination and see performance. Capacity Building and Partnerships • Develop capacity for portfolio management and delivery. • Building effective partnerships across business, technology and innovation. • Promote consistent standards, continuous improvement and adaptation to unschedulable delivery. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline. Experience • 10+ years of project, program or project management experience, including leadership responsibility. • Experience managing data and AI portfolios, teams, budgets and vendors.
