Lead Specialist - Business Unit Data Area

Job description

The role contributes to creating enterprise-wide value by developing, managing and optimizing the company's data assets. Ensures reliable, high-quality data that supports strategic decision making, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance and digital transformation initiatives. Establishes robust data governance and oversight standards to enhance data integration, generate business insights, and accelerate the benefit of analytics and automation. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure data products align with business priorities and deliver measurable results. Contributes to enhancing data maturity, maximizing the value of information assets and enabling scalable and sustainable data management practices. Defines data domain strategy and prioritizes initiatives to maximize business value and operating efficiency. Translates business requirements into scalable data products and promotes adoption of domain services to increase business confidence. Manages governance frameworks, ownership and standards across data assets and improves data quality, consistency and accuracy. Monitors compliance with regulatory policies and obligations and resolves data risks. Develops data products to support reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-based use cases. Builds partnerships with function leaders to define priorities and data requirements and influences decision making via trusted insights and strategic recommendations
